The community will be able to use, appreciate and enjoy the garden in a variety of ways:

• Improved appearance and safety of land around important public buildings
• Paths where people need and will want to walk
• Sunny and shady sitting areas
• Sites for sculpture
• Informal picnic areas
• Somewhere nice to wait for the bus
• Venues for outdoor community leisure
• Educational and creative activities
• Arts activities, workshops and exhibitions on site
