Rescue 2020 weekend
Amazingly it didn't rain over the RESCUE2020 weekend. People came and helped clear litter from various mucky places round Tilehurst. On Saturday morning we cleared rubbish from the area of Lousehill Copse that banks up off Norcot Road. Then we cleared the area round central Tilehurst by the Triangle.(Can you believe it - a wetsuit was found in a hedge by Walnut Way.) And then we did a big clear up in Blundells Copse on Sunday. A big thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped to make our Rescue event a great success. We collected 43 bags of rubbish and 15 bags of recyclables. Let's hope that Tilehurst stays lovely for Spring.
